Welcome to Whalers Watch, a private, self-contained luxury home overlooking Ball Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Set back from a quiet road, the home offers three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a spacious rumpus room, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. Ocean and valley outlooks provide a beautiful backdrop, while the expansive decks offer an inviting place to relax, share a meal or watch Fairy Terns fly across the valley. During whale season, you may even spot a passing whale from the property.

With generous indoor and outdoor spaces, Whalers Watch is well suited to families, groups and couples seeking a peaceful Norfolk Island escape. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, spa bath, pool table, table tennis and complimentary NBN Wi-Fi.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before your arrival. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance when you book. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the total booking amount.
