Meryta is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated character home on just over an acre of land and is located right in town. The central location make it easy to walk to the shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants in Burnt Pine.
The large open plan kitchen, dining and living areas and adjoining deck are north-facing providing plenty of natural light and the perfect space for you to spend time with your family and friends.
The bedrooms are comfortably appointed and provide individual spaces to relax. The bathrooms are modern and bright. The property has many fruit trees, including citrus and avocados, which guests are welcome to during their stay.
