Meryta House is a newly renovated four-bedroom, two-bathroom character homestead set on just over an acre in the centre of Burnt Pine. The central location makes it easy to walk to shops, the supermarket, cafés and restaurants while still returning to a home with genuine space to relax.
The large open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas connect to a north-facing deck, filling the shared spaces with natural light. Comfortable bedrooms provide individual places to unwind, while the bright modern bathrooms and thoughtful renovation make longer stays feel effortless. The property is dotted with fruit trees, including citrus and avocado, which guests are welcome to enjoy when in season.
